Our Vanilla Bean macaron celebrates the beauty of simplicity done exceptionally well. Darci creates our vanilla entirely by hand, starting with whole Madagascar vanilla beans. Rather than relying only on the caviar inside the pod, she makes a rich, deeply flavorful whole-pod vanilla paste, blending the entire bean with locally distilled Utah spirits and a touch of sugar.
This method captures the full spectrum of the pod’s character, including the warm, complex aromatics that reside in the outer husk — where much of the true depth of flavor lives.
The result: a delicately fragrant shell flecked with real vanilla, filled with a silky white chocolate & vanilla bean ganache that is warm, floral, and unmistakably pure.
